This applies when we take on full management of a portfolio for a client.

We charge a percentage of the total portfolio value because it ensures we are all on the same side of the table.  If the portfolio goes up, we make more money, if it goes down we make less.  Here's our fee schedule:

Up to $1,000,000 Fee = 1.0%

$1,000,001-$3,000,000 Fee = 0.75%

$3,000,001 - $5,000,000 Fee = 0.50%

$5,000,001 + Fee = Negotiable.

So what does that mean? Let's say your portfolio was worth $1,500,000 on January 31st. The fee for January would be calculated like this: $1,500,000 x 0.75% = $11,250/12 = $937.50.

This fee applies if the client would like to hire us to provide advice and guidance, but not actual management of a portfolio.

The fee for this is quite simple.  Because the client wishes to retain management of their portfolio along with the risks and reporting that comes with that, we can charge a simple fee.

The fee is $250 per month.  It can stop whenever you want, and it will be pro-rated if you end a relationship before a month end.

This applies if a client simply wants us to create a one-time financial plan.

The fee for this will be decided by both parties at the time they enter into the agreement.  It's tough to give an actual fee because it will be based on the complexity of the situation.  Typically though the fee will range from $500-$5,000.  Half will be paid up front, the other half is due when the plan is completed.
